Andrew White Are you sure because I complained about this when I bought the ultimate package and I was told you had a 'problem' with Windows 10 so the Firewall wouldn't work but you were working on a fix. Since then I've heard nothing at all and there have been no updates so you're talking rubbish to one of us!
The whole thing seems a bit of a con quite honestly. Your website said that the Ultimate package offered total protection and there was NO mention of any issues of any sort. I'm now coming up to a month in to my subscription and you STILL haven't delivered the product you promised. I notice you're none too keen to offer any money back for not being able to deliever on your promises.
